What goals to set in order to become an open organization.

By becoming a member of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter, an organization commits to including diversity and inclusion in its strategic goals in order to become a more open and diverse team-friendly organization. Only clearly formulated, measurable goals allow an organization to grow and improve in a focused manner. We will help you formulate both long-term strategic goals and smaller, regularly reviewed monthly tasks.
