Setting goals
What goals to set in order to become an open organization.
By becoming a member of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter, an organization commits to including diversity and inclusion in its strategic goals in order to become a more open and diverse team-friendly organization. Only clearly formulated, measurable goals allow an organization to grow and improve in a focused manner. We will help you formulate both long-term strategic goals and smaller, regularly reviewed monthly tasks. We also provide ad hoc consultations – we help refine the steps that bring you closer to a more open and inclusive organizational vision.
Other services
What we do to help organizations. We run training sessions, organize seminars and discussions, give one-on-one advice, and support organizations in assessing their current situation and setting clear, measurable goals for equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion. Our services are intended for both members of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter and all other organizations seeking to create a more open, safe, and inclusive work environment. We assist organizations in becoming more open to diversity and creating an environment where all employees feel seen, valued, and respected. We lead some of the training sessions ourselves, while for others we engage trusted lecturers who are best suited to cover a specific topic. We have established strong partnerships both in Lithuania and abroad, so we can offer experts in various fields of diversity and inclusion who share their knowledge in Lithuanian and English, both in lectures and practical classes.
