Inclusive-oriented communication

How to communicate respectfully and inclusively.

Inclusive communication is a way of communicating that aims to ensure respect for every person. In everyday communication – when writing emails, talking during meetings, or just over a cup of coffee – we can express bias or disrespect towards a person based on their individual needs, even if we do not intend to. Therefore, it is extremely important that all communication, both at work and outside of it, is inclusive.

In inclusion-oriented communication, it is important to avoid discriminatory or demeaning words, not to use slang, and to maintain respect for everyone – regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, ethnic origin, language or cultural background. Such communication helps to create a safe, friendly, and open environment where people feel valued and accepted.

We conduct training on inclusive communication, its principles, and practical application. In addition, we provide consulting services for the creation of inclusive documents, websites, and other informational tools to ensure that your messages are understandable, respectful, and accessible to everyone.

Other services
What we do to help organizations. We run training sessions, organize seminars and discussions, give one-on-one advice, and support organizations in assessing their current situation and setting clear, measurable goals for equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion. Our services are intended for both members of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter and all other organizations seeking to create a more open, safe, and inclusive work environment. We assist organizations in becoming more open to diversity and creating an environment where all employees feel seen, valued, and respected. We lead some of the training sessions ourselves, while for others we engage trusted lecturers who are best suited to cover a specific topic. We have established strong partnerships both in Lithuania and abroad, so we can offer experts in various fields of diversity and inclusion who share their knowledge in Lithuanian and English, both in lectures and practical classes.
