Accountability

How to ensure an organization’s transparency and accountability for its activities.

Accountability is an essential part of an organization’s activities, as it publicly presents what the organization is working to achieve and how it manages its resources. For accountability to work, Lithuanian residents must be able to easily understand what the organization does and how it does it. Therefore, the Diversity Charter encourages and supports clear and understandable accountability, especially when writing reports and publishing them. Since people have individual needs, we help organizations better understand how to ensure that everyone reads the reports, regardless of their individual differences. We pay particular attention to reporting on social change in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and sustainability reporting standards.

We believe that transparency, openness, and social responsibility help build trust and contribute to a positive reputation.

Other services
What we do to help organizations. We run training sessions, organize seminars and discussions, give one-on-one advice, and support organizations in assessing their current situation and setting clear, measurable goals for equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion. Our services are intended for both members of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter and all other organizations seeking to create a more open, safe, and inclusive work environment. We assist organizations in becoming more open to diversity and creating an environment where all employees feel seen, valued, and respected. We lead some of the training sessions ourselves, while for others we engage trusted lecturers who are best suited to cover a specific topic. We have established strong partnerships both in Lithuania and abroad, so we can offer experts in various fields of diversity and inclusion who share their knowledge in Lithuanian and English, both in lectures and practical classes.
