She joined the Diversity Charter in 2025, bringing hands-on experience in disability inclusion and the inclusion of socially vulnerable groups. Her work focuses on equal opportunities policy: drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and organizing training sessions and meetings for members. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Media and Culture.

Beatrice is currently on parental leave, having previously worked as Head of Organisational Development and Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Lithuanian Railways. She has many years of experience in the field of communication and actively contributes to the creation of a more inclusive work culture. Having built up a large audience on social networks, Beatrice uses these channels as a platform to spread the message of diversity and inclusion and to promote positive change in society.

Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) Specialist, currently leading Telia Lietuva’s DEI strategy. Julia’s path to DEI was not a traditional one – it naturally developed over years of practical experience as a retail manager and sales trainer in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and New York. Working with diverse teams and clients from all walks of life has allowed her to see up close the power of inclusion and the cost of its absence. Julia’s mission is to contribute to the creation of a society where differences are celebrated and no one is left behind.

Head of Sustainability at Oxylabs, responsible for developing and implementing the sustainability strategy. Urtė has more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer. Four years ago she started to specialise in sustainability. She was named Sustainability Manager of the Year in Lithuania in 2024.

Vilma Gabrieliūtė

Vilma is an expert in diversity and inclusion and a facilitator of trainings. She has many years of experience in consulting organisations, building employee competences and creating an inclusive and respectful culture. Vilma works for the Equal Opportunities Ombudsman’s Council and has a keen interest in human rights education, and is committed to mainstreaming human rights education as an integral part of the general education curriculum.
