Looking for a colleague – job advert
We want to start the new year with a renewed team, so we are looking for a colleague. Here’s a brief overview of what we expect from candidates and what we offer.
New colleague:– Full-time or part-time
– Contribute to the implementation of the Diversity Charter pilot initiatives, project management
– Monitor information related to openness, social responsibility of organisations
– Contribute to our research
– Coordinate events, seminars, the annual Diversity Charter conference
– Communicate with members, international and local Diversity Charter partners
– Contribute to other day-to-day activities of the organisation
What do we expect?– Motivation to work in the field of equal opportunities, transparency and social responsibility
– Experience in a similar role (including internships)
– Excellent English language skills
– Independence, proactivity and the ability to organise work effectively in order to achieve the objectives of the Charter
What do we offer?– Support and mentoring in the first months of work
– The possibility of combining office and remote working
– Listening and adapting to the needs of family and private life
– Opportunities for growth (training, secondments)
– Gross salary between 1250 and 2100 EUR (depending on experience and desired position. We would prefer a full-time or 0,8 full-time person).
