Age diversity

We work on age diversity to promote equal participation of different generations in organisations. We provide training on this topic, work with companies and carry out impact measurement to assess and reinforce positive change.

Our aim is to help create a work environment where all age groups feel valued and can contribute fully to the success of the organisation.

In 2022, in collaboration with ISM University of Management and Economics, researcher Dr Bernadeta Goštautaitė and Ugne Nagrockaitė, we conducted a longitudinal study at RIMI Lietuva . The aim was to understand how successful RIMI Lietuva’s communication and initiatives in the area of age diversity are, and how this affects employee selection and the overall workplace climate.

We repeat these long-term evaluations as needed.
