Minimal transparency on equal opportunities
“While many municipalities talk about inclusion and equal opportunities for citizens, few turn inward and tackle these challenges internally. You can see that business is better prepared. However, I am pleased to see that one in three municipalities reacted quickly and started to publicise more information on equal opportunities or to revise their action plans as a result of the survey,” said Rugilė Trumpytė, CEO of the Diversity Charter.
