Looking for a colleague!
The Lithuanian Charter for Diversity is growing and is looking for a 0.5-0.6 post Activity Coordinator. We expect the colleague to start at the end of April or beginning of May.
The incumbent colleague(s) will:
- Contribute to the coordination of the organisation’s initiatives and activities, project management
- Monitor information related to human rights, openness and social responsibility
- Contribute to the research carried out by the Diversity Charter and prepare analyses of the results
- Coordinate events, seminars, the annual Diversity Charter conference
- Communicate with international and local partners of the Diversity Charter
- Contribute to other day-to-day activities of the organisation
What do we expect?
- Motivation to work in the field of human rights, transparency and social responsibility
- Similar work experience
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Independence, the ability to organise your work effectively in order to achieve the objectives of the Charter

- 0.6 FTE with the possibility of an increase

- A gross salary of EUR 680 to 800
