Hosting a strategy session for the European Charters for Diversity
We are hosting a session on good governance for the European Diversity Charters at the European Commission in Brussels. In addition to the many differences between countries, a common trend is emerging: more and more organisations are starting to move beyond diversity indicators towards inclusiveness, recognising that different people’s experiences in the workplace can vary greatly simply because of their gender, age, disability, background and other reasons.
