Charter members consider all families equal: the new arrangements
To ensure that the LGBT+ community is not only thought of in June, the Charter members have approved new policies that recognise all families as equal: Moody’s Lithuania has started to provide 16 weeks of 100% paid paternity leave for all parents, Oxylabs is now paying for 30 days of paternity leave for all parents, providing Mother’s Days and Father’s Days, and Rimi Lietuva is now providing benefits for joyful and sad moments under a more inclusive definition of family.
