Voltas IT joins the Diversity Charter
Voltas IT, the first company operating in the IT sector, has joined the Lithuanian Diversity Charter. The organisation aims to ensure equal rights and diversity management and to share best practices. As Vilma Launikonienė, Sales and Marketing Director at Voltas IT, says: “We are delighted to join the ranks of responsible organisations in other EU countries. We are putting in place systems whereby Voltas IT team members, regardless of age, gender or beliefs, are evaluated as experts in their field, according to clear, publicly available criteria.”
