Inclusive workplaces are growing in Lithuania
“Gender equality is important, but it is not the only component of diversity and inclusion. That’s why it’s good to see that more and more employers are starting to talk about other issues too. For example, this year employers have started to actively discuss and consult on the increased recruitment of persons with disabilities, which shows a qualitative leap in favour of inclusion,” says Rugilė Trumpytė, Head of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter Association.
