Negative attitudes towards different groups can lead employees to withhold or even hide important traits. People sometimes tend to withhold not only their age, but also their nationality, religion, orientation, significant health problems, neurological or other characteristics.

“It’s about time we talked about overlapping identities – companies can look deeper, because we don’t take into account all of them in the workplace,” says Rugilė Trumpytė, head of the association.
