Better understand your customers and team
The different experiences of the team members help us to better understand different societies and customer groups, to see more perspectives and to develop products and services that meet different needs. European Commission research shows that inclusive organisations are not only better at spotting market opportunities and connecting with customers and employees, but also have a reputation for being more transparent and credible. For this reason, as many as 83% of such organisations report a positive impact on their business.

Attract talent to your team
A diverse, inclusive and open organisational culture attracts talented employees looking for meaningful work and opportunities to grow. Research shows that 76% of candidates consider diversity to be one of the most important factors when evaluating companies and job offers. It helps to attract and retain employees, especially younger generations who appreciate an employer’s value-based approach.
